On the point on situationships - only because I was in something similar fairly recently. If the words say one thing but the actions say another, we can only work with what we know and the context we have at the time. If we assume something from the actions that we see, can we be faulted for what we had ascertained from those actions? If the words later went against those presumptions, can we be faulted?
